How to claim your Cashback:

1. Buy an eligible product from an Authorised Lexmark UK Reseller.

2. Register at www.lexmarkpromotions.co.uk and complete the claim form and submit it along with proof of purchase (invoice) before the 31st January 2012.

3. Once your claim has been validated, you will be sent your Cashback via wire transfer or a MasterCard Gift Card.
