Secure Disposal

XMA can organise to securely destroy all your tape media. We can arrange for the media to be collected from your premises and be delivered to our specialist media facility in Reading, a colleague from XMA can even accompany the media en-route if required.

On arrival we will allocate to a secure area, unpack and initiate a tracking sheet for each tape against your specific instructions.

Then if you require degaussing or erasing prior to the next phase this can be carried out and we can provide sample tests to confirm eradication. Then the media can either be sent for incineration or directly to landfill as required, after such time we will supply a destruction certificate.
